Unified Quality System
Quality is an integral part of our business plan and structure.
Our company-wide Unified Quality System is comprised of documented work instructions and workflows to outline the processes and controls from receipt of order to final shipment. Our system includes GMPs and a company-wide HACCP program as well as 3rd party and internal audits.

Fort Dearborn Company is currently enhancing our company-wide HACCP program to become certified to a higher standard by BRC (British retail Consortium) to the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) standard. Developed by packaging and product safety experts, the BRC Standard is HACCP based and incorporates food safety management systems and internationally accepted best manufacturing practices.
