HiColour Reference Guide

Overview

Fort Dearborn's HiColour printing system is a seven-color process using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black plus Orange, Green and Violet that achieves superior visual appearance of color and imagery that is not possible with conventional four-color process printing. HiColour eliminates the need for spot colors by reproducing over 90% of all solid PMS colors, allowing for combination printing on a single press sheet and shorter press runs.

 

Our density optimized inks are fluorescence-free and are formulated on premises with in-house technicians. Your labels will show realistic looking images, which can help increase your product's impact on the shelf and to consumers.
